A thorough exam and cleaning
At a routine visit to our dental office, we provide you with a thorough examination of your mouth (including teeth, gums, and other oral health structures), a professional cleaning, and a discussion about your dental and overall health.
Talk through your options
If your exam reveals an oral health concern, we work with you to provide a treatment plan that will suit your individual needs. We always take the time to educate you on all your oral health options so you can make an informed decision.
Keep your smile on track
We recommend a checkup and cleaning about every six months, or more often depending on your oral health and the treatment plan you are on.

What does the $149 new patient special include?
The New patient special is $149 for a New Patient Exam, Full X-rays & Cleaning. It is for self-pay new patients, for a limited time, and it is not valid with insurance.
Do you accept my dental insurance?
We accept most PPO insurances. We do not currently accept HMO, DHMO, Medicaid, or Medicare plans. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we take care of the claim filing and processing.
What should I know about my coverage before my visit?
It would be helpful for you to know your insurance coverage information before coming in, as this will help speed along your treatment plans. It is also important to note that regardless of the insurance coverage, the patient is responsible for the cost of service.
I don't have insurance. What are my options?
No insurance? No problem! Our $575/year hygiene plan and memberships from $45/mo mean predictable costs, no surprises. We also accept no-interest payment plans arranged through CareCredit.
How do I pay for my visit?
For every procedure, we accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due when your procedure is complete. If you are preparing for a major dental procedure, you can enjoy payment plans we offer at our practice.
Can you help if I have dental anxiety?
Dental anxiety welcome — comfort is at the core of every visit. We want to help you feel more comfortable throughout your visit, and we are willing to discuss your anxiety with you.

What if I have a dental emergency?
We offer same-week emergency visits. If you have a dental emergency, call us at (408) 848-5040. If you have facial swelling, fever, or trouble breathing or swallowing, go to an emergency room.
